Frustrating: AI Gives Repeated 'Can't Answer' Replies
That's the worst AI I've ever seen! It just answers with "I can't answer that right now". What's that about?

Hey Don, I hear ya.
We use an third-party for our live-chat / "Ask AI", and I actually just had a call with them about this.
"I can't answer that right now" happens when Claude is having an outage (which has apparently been quite often lately).
They're making 2 important changes that should resolve this here:
1. They're adding OpenAI as a fallback, so if any single provider has an outage, it falls back to another provider
2. If for some reason BOTH providers are offline, it will immediately connect you with a human instead of telling you "I can't answer that right now".
Sorry about that, my dude. Sadly a tiny bit out of my control but making an active effort to see this is improved!
