Playlist-Based Recommendation & Contact Finder

Playlist recommendation engine. Would love to be able to create a folder of playlists on which i know my track was featured, and then have artist.tools use what it knows about those known playlists (audience location, keywords, etc., etc.) to recommend playlists with contact info to reach out to next.

I like this idea. I'm going to mull over how this might look and where it might live in the UI.
