This is now complete. Should be able to paginate normally beyond page 200 with no timeouts.

Noted - currently we fallback to a different system past 10,000 items (which is slower, and also slow at high pages). It shouldn't be timing out (let me know if it is), but it will be noticibly slower. Currently working on a solution.
