Playlist Search Timed Out Persistently

Hi - I'm am testing Artist Tools with a paid plan. I've paid and it worked well for a while. However for several days the Playlist Search tab shows in red "Something went wrong. The search timed out, which can occur with abnormal filter combinations. Try a few more times ... " I've tried some things and closed my browser and all that. It has been like this for a few days.
