Automatically exclude confirmed deleted playlists from live search and curator metrics
Add automated cleanup for confirmed deleted Spotify playlists so dead assets no longer appear in live search or distort curator aggregate metrics. Recalculate affected curator metrics when these playlists are excluded. The customer reports playlists deleted for over 90 days still being indexed by artist.tools and SubmitLink. They cite Spotify's 'Recover playlists' support guidelines and account dashboard as stating that deleted playlists can only be restored within 90 days. Confirm deletion status and the applicable threshold before pruning, rather than treating a temporary retrieval failure as a permanent deletion.

Hey Tommaso, We already filter out removed playlists from search by default (users need to explicitly filter that they want removed playlists in their search). What we don't hide about removed playlists is if those removed playlists had previous bot-activity flags. Those flags remain on the curators profile until cleared, whether the playlist was removed or not. The thought behind this is a complete history of the curators playlist lifecycle, so excluding important information like this is not really in our product vision. With that said, if a curator has a flag they'd like investigated, I'm more than happy to review that. I review and clear bot ratings every day during manual review.
